As a therapist, Trynese Jones is honored to guide individuals towards abundant living. She aims to help people find effective, personalized solutions to their challenges.
Talk therapy can quickly foster awareness and discovery. She has found that people's solutions are embedded in their life stories. Exploring these stories allows them to view situations, struggles, and strengths differently.
Trynese’s desire to help others comes from her own healing journey. To live an abundant life is to be whole. What she wishes for herself, she wishes for others.
For 30 years, Trynese developed healthy life strategies and sought higher education to enhance their expertise across various sectors.
Trynese has developed health and wellness models for artists, women, men, youth, creatives, Pastors, athletes, educators, and community organizations. They currently serve as a Parent Coach for a local organization supporting African American parents.
As a musical artist and Zumba instructor, she explores healing through artistic creativity. Healing and wellness encompass all facets: Mind, Body, Soul, and Spirit.
Trynese graduated from UNWSP with a BS in Marriage and Family Therapy and from McNally Smith College of Music. She plans to pursue an MA/PsyD at St. Thomas.
